How to reset my PC? The reset option does not work.  It keeps saying unable to reset PC after it reboot

I am sorry to hear that your PC is unable to complete a reset, I would request you to please follow the steps:

 

Reset from Advanced Startup

  • Go to Settings → System → Recovery → Advanced startup → Restart now.
  • From the blue screen menu, choose Troubleshoot → Reset this PC.
  • This sometimes works when reset from within Windows fails.

Installation Media

  • Download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.
  • Create a bootable USB drive.
  • Boot from it and choose Repair your computer → Troubleshoot → Reset this PC.
  • If reset still fails, you can perform a clean install
