I want to wipe all the data from the laptop and start from scratch, I have tried to do a Reset to factory settings, I have tried to create recovery media and boot from this, I have tried every step and just want to know how to wipe everything and reset up the laptop from fresh as it clogged with temp data that cant be removed and the windows 10 os.

@DranoelNai

IF this were mine, I would use the utilities below to remove files and see how that goes -- before attempting a complete refresh, because that is only a temporary fix at best:

Here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:

Finally, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html

Thanks for the help but im still stuck with 8gb of temporary data showing in the storage settings, A reset fails with the 'There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.' error, and the same thing happens with a 'fresh start' through windows security.

Ive tried every step on this https://softwarekeep.com/help-center/how-to-fix-there-was-a-problem-resetting-your-pc-error-on-windo...

And i still cant complete a reset.

I just want to wipe the damned thing and load back as new
