HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S4AV)

Computer suddenly stopped booting, went to blue screens showing error code: 0xc00002e3. Worked with support in person at repair center then online twice to get recover media sent to my home. Received it in a few days but error code on attempt to recover shows as: 0130-ABA-ABL. Chat support and in person support not helping this situation. Ran fast test under direction from support and all sections passed. This seems like a software issue but I cannot get it repaired.

I would like to be able to repair it and keep what is on the machine. There are a lot of important files on there for a cybersecurity certification I am going through with the machine.
