Hi everyone, 

I tried updating the BIOS on my laptop via the in Windows included tool (maybe not the smartest move on my part), which promptly corrupted my BIOS. 

Long story short my laptop is stuck trying to recover it's BIOS and fails every time.

That's why I have tried making a BIOS recovery USB stick. I filled in my device information and downloaded the "sp140077.exe". 

When I run this program, all it does is extract the program "BIOS_Update.exe" to a folder of my choosing and then exits out.

When I try to run BIOS_Update.exe it does simply nothing (tried it on two different systems running win10 and win11).

Does anyone have an idea how to make BIOS recovery USB stick? My laptop is half a year out of warranty and now just a useless 600 Euro brick.
