Ordered HP 15s-fq4088ns which comes installed with FreeOS. I have a Windows 10 CD, and wanted to install from an external USB CDRom drive. The BIOS settings (F12) does not allow me to select the option to boot from external USB CD in the UEFI options. The option is there, it’s enabled, but I cannot get it selected to boot.
Tried F9 already and many other options, just can’t get it to stop loading FreeDoS.
Any help would be appreciated, and thank you in advance.

Hello @CDemos
Bios looks good, but there might be a problem with cd/dvd media or recognition.
(1) You need another computer (friend / neighbor / acquaintance) to create a bootable <USB flash drive>
Use the official Microsoft method:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO
(2) Boot <USB flash drive> and follow instruction of windows setup
After installation is done, download and install HP drivers
