My other PCs upgraded to Win 10  v1903 a while ago.  With this high end HP Laptop, it is visible as a system OS update that is not available to me yet.  There are no enabling HP updates on the support site.  Assume HP has not sorted the BIOS and Drivers - but this is three months past the date.  What is the timetable please?

Have you tried clicking on the blue Update Now button at the link below to see if W10 will update?

I do see some W10 v1903 drivers listed on your PC's support page.

My understanding is that something is not ready yet.  I have the latest drivers and BIOS - is it possible to know where the problem lies?

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why your model notebook can't be updated to W10.
