Hi @shiv0_0,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the SST Audio driver while updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

Check for Updates via Windows Update:

  • Go to the Settings app in Windows 10.
  • Select Update & Security.
  • Click on Check for updates to see if there are any pending updates for the SST driver.

Update Drivers via Device Manager:

  • Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
  • Find the Sound, video and game controllers section.
  • Right-click the SST driver (it might be listed as Intel SST Audio or similar) and select Update driver.

Download Drivers from HP:

Uninstall and Reinstall the Driver:

  • In Device Manager, right-click the SST driver and select Uninstall device.
  • Restart your computer. Windows should automatically attempt to reinstall the driver.

Check for System Compatibility:

  • Ensure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. Sometimes driver issues can stem from underlying compatibility problems.

Take care and have an amazing day!
