Product: HP Notebook 15 pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cant update to  windows 1809 because of Avira Antivirus app that i no longer have. I have tried downloading this zip file (APPRPS>ZIP) and still nothing. i cant even reset becasue of corrupted files. Is there some software i can purchase to solev this problem?

I don't know what that file is.
