Hello, Please i am using an Hp omen. i have been trying to upgrade to the latest windows (windows 11) i have done all the checks and my system meets all the requirements. but every time i try downloading it from windows update center it stops and when i manually tried to install it would install to a point and then revert changes and go back to the old windows. I contacted microsoft support and we have been on this matter for quite a while. The agent later disclosed that "I have checked on the HP website for your device it shows that Windows 11 is not a supported driver. It could be possible that it is the reason on why it is not installing. It shows that no drivers is available with Windows 11 with your device. Have you tried contacting HP on this"

I spoke to a windows customer agent and that was his response he connected to my system remotely and did some checks
