Hi
I am attempting to recover an Windows 10 Stream X360, using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool.
It currently only has about 2gb of hard disk space left so i followed the instructions to use the HP Cloud Recovery tool which demands you need a minimum of 32gb USB Memory.
I have a 64gb USB memory drive and each time I run the HP Cloud recovery tool it formats the USB disk into 2x 32gb partitions then fails telling me I don not have enough disk space.
After each try I have to remove the partition on the USB to regain the 64gb back - and I am still unable to use the HP Cloud recovery tool.
I have formatted the USB to both FAT32 and NFTS and neither work!
Does this message refer to the Hard Disk if not what has gone wrong?
I have removed everything that appears not to windows related, the loss in drive space appears to be due to previous windows updates, and if I need more space I am not sure how to fix this.
Thank you for anything you can help with 🙂

Since I don't know what model PC you used, I couldn't help you with that.
I have used the cloud recovery tool on an old HP 8200 Elite CMT business class desktop (from 2011) running W10 64 bit and it worked for me.
I was able to make recovery media using the cloud recovery tool for several different model PC's.
I have also used it with a Dell Optiplex 7020 business desktop PC (2014 model), running W10 64 bit, and it worked fine on that one as well.
