I have 15.6 inch HP essential Laptop 15-d5000 with windows 11 home os. It is newly purchased and I have been experiencing sudden error and restarts since day-1. The blue screen appears right before the restart and it don't even stays for 2 second. I don't know why this issue is occuring since it is a new device.
I am getting frustated day by day and can't come up with any solutions.
Any help will be appreciated.

@raj_vaghasia, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with a brand-new laptop that crashes unexpectedly. Let's go through a step-by-step guide to help diagnose and potentially fix this issue with your HP 15.6" Laptop 15-d5000.
Determine the Cause of the Blue Screen (BSOD)
Since the Blue Screen disappears quickly, we need to make Windows keep it on the screen and save crash logs.
Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
Type sysdm.cpl and press Enter.
Go to the Advanced tab.
Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings.
Uncheck Automatically restart.
Click OK and then Apply.
This will let you see the STOP code the next time the BSOD occurs. It will also generate a minidump file for analysis.
Run Windows Built-in Diagnostics
Memory Test
Press Windows + S, type Windows Memory Diagnostic, and hit Enter.
Choose Restart now and check for problems.
Disk Check
Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
Run: chkdsk /f /r
It will schedule a scan on the next boot
Update All Drivers:
Open Device Manager (Windows + X > Device Manager).
Look for any device with a yellow triangle ⚠️.
Update drivers from the HP Support website (especially chipset, graphics, and network drivers).
Alternatively, use HP Support Assistant:
Pre-installed on HP laptops.
It can automatically detect driver and firmware updates.
Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
HP laptops come with built-in diagnostics tools:
To Access:
Turn off the laptop.
Turn it on and immediately press Esc, then F2 to open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
Run System Tests > Extensive Test.
Let it complete and note any errors.
BIOS & Windows Updates
Check for BIOS updates from HP's official support page for your model.
Ensure Windows is fully up to date via Settings > Windows Update.
Refer: HP Consumer Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows) | HP® Support
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
