Hello.

I recommend doing a thorough memory check for your laptop first. A memory test is built into the HP UEFI Diagnostcs which you can start by rebooting the laptop and keep hitting ESC when the HP Omen boot logo is shown until you get to a boot menu. Then press F2 to start the diagnostics.

In the UEFI Diagnostics I recommend selecting the Symptom Tests and "Blue Screen". This will run a range of tests.

If your Diagnostics version is an older version, select Component Tests and run the Memory test in extensive mode. I also recommend testing the hard drive/SSD tests afterwards.

The memory and drive tests may take an hour or more to complete. If you can spare the time, I'd let the tests loop for several hours or even overnight.

Please report back with the results.
