Currently my laptop, HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-d3000 (2L0Z3AV) currently undergoing a symptom test after being advised by HP Customer Service in my country because I experienced a BSOD where the crash time could not be ascertained. This happens after KB5035942 (Windows Configuratipn Update) is installed by Windows automatically.
However, the BSOD can still enter Windows after yesterday experiencing problems when booting with the description of the SSD cable not connected. Even though there is no problem. This one happened during the installation of KB5035942 (Windows Configuratipn Update).
I don't know why it could be installed, even though I have made the update settings manual. I also disabled automatic updates after I saw the BSOD information at the beginning of Windows 11 version 24H2.
And I also know that this problem also occurs in many users.

Hey @Banlix,
Thank you for sharing the details. It seems like the blue screen issue has been resolved since you reset the BIOS to default, which was a good step. I’m glad to hear the battery drain issue improved after installing KB5055627 as well.
If the blue screen doesn’t reappear and the battery issue stays resolved, everything should be stable. However, if you notice any further problems or unexpected behavior, feel free to reach out again, and we can look into other possible solutions.
Take care and have a good day.

Just finished the Symptom test from Wednesday (GMT+7 WIB).
This is the result:

Because I don't have a USB Flash Drive, I can't save the log file.

Also causes very abnormal battery drain.
From 100%, after a few minutes of unplugging the charger, the battery becomes 69%, then from 45%, in just a few minutes it was already 12.
Before the update, the battery drained normally.

Recently my laptop had a problem booting, just like before. The problem is in this video:
And it turns out, Windows installed another Windows Configuration Update, KB5035349.
And in the update history in Windows Update, KB5035942 which also caused the problem, the update installation date always changes as in the picture.
Have contacted HP Customer Support and changed the BIOS to default according to the advice of HP Customer Support.
For Blue Screen, until now it has not come out again.
Then, the battery drain problem, after installing KB5055627, I feel that the battery drain has returned to normal again.

After updating BIOS via HP Support Assistant, no more problems.
Thank you garp_senchau, and also thank you to the moderators who have protected my privacy.
There is one more thing that works now, which is screen off time and sleep time, where previously this function did not work.
Because the screen off calculation should be done if the laptop is left idle. Now, I no longer need to set these 2 settings to never.
