Error 0xc0000225
File: \windows\system32\drivers\mfeelamk.sys
I was uninstalling McAfee from my daughter’s laptop, restarted when prompted, and got this blue screen message.

Since the Windows seems to be corrupted I suggest you perform a Reset

Thanks, however, when booting, the F11 key shows "F11...System Recovery" in the lower left hand side of the screen, but it then immediately goes to a blue 'Recovery' Screen where Reset is not an option. On that screen, there are 3 options (F1 to enter Recovery Environment; F8 for Startup Settings; Esc for UEFI Firmware settings). The only option that works there is Esc.

Since you are unable to perform the Reset, I suggest you contact HP Support to order the Recovery Media to perform a System Recovery
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
