Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an alarm that goes off at 3 minutes and 18 seconds past every hour. I have tried to force the alarm by resetting the system time so it would alarm when I wanted it too and it will not, it only alarms every 60 minutes. I have also used Process Monitor to try and trace the event, but nothing shows up. After 9 pages on https://www.tenforums.com/performance-maintenance/186498-unknown-alarm.html no one has an answer, it seems to be that the alarm and the player for it is in hardware and unacceptable by the PC owner - can someone please address this problem?

I think I have final conclusive evidence that this is a hardware issue. I pulled the battery out and put it back in and then waited for the alarm and it did sound. It could not be anything to do with Windows since Windows was never started.
