I have an unknown PCI device ... Its under the other tab in device manager..on PCI bus 4 I have no clue how to fix... It will not update driver by itself need help

A device described simply as a PCI device is the Realtek SD card reader.

 

Accordingly, you need this driver for the card reader...

 

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.
