Hi:
You need this driver for that device that I zipped up and attached below...
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the Unknown device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.

DRIVERS YOU PROVIDED ARE FAKE (seems it's manually done inf file which do nothing or maybe even can hurt system)
After few hours of research I found that I need such System device driver - "Intel(R) RealSense(TM) Camera Virtual Bus Enumerator"
I download from Intel website Intel® RealSense™ Depth Camera Manager for Intel® RealSense™ Camera SR300 and it delivered all drivers I need. Now everything is perfect in Devices.

THE DRIVERS I PROVIDED ARE NOT FAKE, AND I OBJECT TO YOUR COMPLETELY UNFOUNDED ACCUSATION.
I got the driver from the Microsoft update catalog...
And as you can see, they are the same as what you found.
I have given instructions to manually install drivers many times, and your statement about the inf file doing nothing is complete nonsense.
That is the last time you will ever get help from me!
