Hello,
I got a HP model 74M10EA with Windows 11 preinstalled. I downgraded it to Windows 10 with a clean installation (i.e. create a Windows 10 UEFI boot with the Winodws official tool and installed it from scratch).
I have now three unrecognized devices in the Device manager:
System manager BUS Controller: PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_790B
Uknown device: ACPI\VEN_AMDI&DEV_0051
ELAN:ARM-M4: USB\VID_04F3&PID_0C00
Automatic drivers search doesn't produce results. HP SUpport Assistant doesn't find any trouble. For this product, in the driver page of HP, only Windows 11 can be selected.
I had a fourth items in the list but was fixed installing AMD Driver Suite (Adrenaline).
Can I get the drivers for the above devices for W10?
Thanks.

Hi:
Use the AMD chipset drivers for the SmBus Controller.
Select the first file listed under the W10 driver section at the link below.
AMD Ryzen™ and Athlon™ Mobile (Chipset) Drivers & Support | AMD
Unknown device:
That device should be installed by the graphics driver.
I have zipped up and attached just the driver you need below, for that ID instead of giving you the whole graphics driver since there are only W11 drivers on your notebook's support page.
You will need to manually install the driver as follows:
Download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager.
Click on the unknown AMDI&DEV_0051 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
[Standard.NTamd64]
%amdwirelessbutton.DeviceDesc%=amdwirelessbutton_Device, ACPI\AMDI0051 ;Root\amdwirelessbutton ; TODO: edit hw-id
ELAN:ARM-M4:

Thank you very much Paul, it worked like a charm.
Just to add a detail for future reader, I didn't need to manually install the driver for the unkown device you attached, probabily they got installed with the first package, or maybe it got installed with the AMD graphic driver I installed previously but for some reason it didn't immeditely solved the problem.
Thanks again!
