Hi @SoonerCol,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like you're encountering an issue with your HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer D110a where it's printing an unrequested header message containing "GET /DevMgmt/ProductStatusDyn.xml HTTP/1.1." This issue is likely related to network communication or a configuration problem with the printer. Here are some steps to help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

  • Check for Malware or Unauthorized Access: Ensure that your printer is not compromised by malware or unauthorized access. Sometimes, printers can be hacked or infected, leading to unexpected printouts. Run a security scan on your network and the printer to rule out any security issues.
  • Network Configuration: Verify that your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and that it has a stable connection. If the printer is connected via Ethernet, check the cable and network settings.
  • Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Manufacturers often release firmware updates that can address known issues and improve functionality. Visit the HP website to download and install any available firmware updates for your printer model.
  • Reset Network Settings: You can try resetting the network settings on your printer and then reconfigure the Wi-Fi connection. Refer to the printer's user manual or HP's support website for instructions on how to do this.
  • Driver and Software Reinstallation: Sometimes, corrupted or outdated printer drivers or software can cause unusual behavior. Uninstall the printer drivers and software from your computer, and then reinstall them using the latest versions available on the HP website.
  • Factory Reset: If the issue persists, you can consider performing a factory reset on your printer. This will restore the printer to its default settings, which may help resolve any configuration issues. Be aware that you will need to reconfigure the printer after performing a factory reset.

Remember to also check the print queue on your computer to ensure there are no pending print jobs that might be causing the unwanted printout. Additionally, monitor your printer for any unusual behavior or print requests after performing these steps to ensure the issue is completely resolved.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
