Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Hello, I want tu update my BIOS from Ubuntu.

 

I tried several tools to unzip and extract the bios from the .exe provided by the support (a windows file) for my notebook but I can't extract the bios to flash it from my usb key.

How can I update my bios from Ubunto then?
