Example: Pavilion 6530HP Spectre x360 - 13-4005dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been able to update the TPM 1.2, but I've not found a way to update 1.2 to 2.0  - no update file available that I can find.  Has anyone found a solution?

You need to know EVERYTHING that your system lacks for Windows 11, not just what the MS tool tells you.

Here is a link to a third-party tool that will check all the currently known requirements for Windows 11 and tell you what fails on your PC: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/releases

Do NOT try to download this using MS Edge as it flags it as malware -- which it is NOT -- use a different Browser instead.

Well, I appreciate that there may be additional issues... but none of them are going to matter if I can't overcome the TPM upgrade problem.

EDIT: Running that tool gave inaccurate results - said TPM 1.2 was OK, and we know it  is not.

thanks, jf

I have the 13-4003DX (similar model to 13-4005DX) and I also have TPM 1.2 and, when I run the WIN11 check program, it also flags it as non-WIN 11 compatible due to the TPM version. All other items in the list pass the WIN 11 test. Can we upgrade our units from 1.2 to 2.0? Is there a TMP 2.0 module that can be replace the TMP 1.2 module?  My laptop is about 5 years old and still runs great and has a Core i7 x64 processor, 8 GB RAM, etc.
