Microsoft is having major issues with the Win10 v20.04 Feature Update and has Windows Update blocking PCs that they feel are affected by those issues. More information here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/status-windows-10-2004
Don't ask when these will be fixed as we have NO IDEA and MS is not providing any estimates.
