Product: Envy m4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit) 
 

I have an HP Envy m4 Notebook with windows 8.1 and I need to update to 10. The software updates 99% after an error. I contacted the microsfot and they said they were BIOS problems. How to update?

I understand that you would like to update the BIOS.

 

This model does not test with Windows 10 operating system. Please see the following link.

 

You may not get the compatible drivers for Windows 10 operating system.
