I had updated my avg antivirus app and it prompted me to restart my computer. It shut down and tried to restart. I got a black screen with the hp logo saying “preparing automatic repair” and then a black screen . It’s won’t boot any further than that. Sometimes I get a cursor to come up but that’s about all my computer will do. I ran a diagnostic and received a battery error code (failure ID): U4VUGC-80M9LD-MFPV61-C0BG03
