HP ENVY x360 - 15t-bp100 CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I updated to Windows 11 last November, as Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows 10. However, it seems to have lost access to drivers and the support assistant. I know this is an older laptop, but it works great and has no issues except that I can't find any supported drivers. And the HP website is no help, as when you log onto the Windows 11 webpage, it says that if drivers aren't available here, you can search on other sites - very helpful, HP.

Hi @amoskowitz,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

We understand your concern regarding driver availability after upgrading your HP ENVY x360-15t-bp100 CTO to Windows 11. Please note that this model was originally designed for Windows 10, and as such, HP has not released official Windows 11 drivers for this system.

Because of this, some functionality, such as HP Support Assistant and other device-specific features, may not operate as expected. We recognize this can be frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

What You Can Do

You can take the following steps to improve compatibility:

  1. Install Windows 10 Drivers Manually
  2. Use Windows Update to Supplement Drivers
    • Navigate to: Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options > Optional Updates
    • Install any available driver updates listed there.

  3. Diagnostics and Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
