Hi:
I have HP PC's that originally came with Windows Vista that are running W10 v1809 just fine.
There are no W10 drivers at all for most of my HP PC's that are running W10 v1809.
So the answer is, upgrade to v1809, and if it doesn't work right, you can always go back to 1709 within 30 days.
I can't think of any reason why your model can't run the latest version of W10 and beyond.
