Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV)

I use a Linux distribution with an HP Victus 15 laptop. My firmware is updated to the lastest version (F.26) and I want to update my HP Diagnostics UEFI program. However, it is unclear how to proceed after installing the program onto a USB device from another Windows system. Here are the steps I followed:

  1. Get a Windows computer. (Note that this is not the same as my HP laptop; it's a separate computer)
  2. Download the HP Diagnostics UEFI program. from this link.
  3. Proceed with the installation, making sure to install to a FAT32 USB drive with the label "HP_TOOLS"

What should I do next?

Hi @m0tholith

the update can only be done if you use Windows and on the same computer.
