Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am currently running my laptop with Windows 10 version 1809. I am receiving messages through Windows Update that I am running an OS version which is nearing the end of service. Windows Update recommends that I update to the latest version of Windows 10 to get the latest features and security improvements.

Windows Update doesn't give me an update for the latest OS version, nor does the HP Support Assistant which I have on my machine. I am running HP Support Assistant 8.8.26.13.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

To update to the latest version of W10, you can click on the blue Update Now button at the link below...

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Hello @G_C99 

 

HP Support Assistant will not help you upgrade to newer Windows 10 build. It just updates your drivers, BIOS or HP software.

 

Try downloading the Win 10 Media Creation tool >> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Run it and try to upgrade your machine. Here is a video tutorial how to do it

 

* Before running it, ensure all your drivers are up-to-date, using HP Support Assistant.
