Hi:
HP has W10 32 bit drivers on your tablet's support page so it should be possible.

But how you are going to accomplish that, I do not know for sure.
If you have a standard USB to Micro USB adapter cable, there could be a way.
Use another PC running W10 and create the W10 32 bit installation media with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After the USB flash drive has been created, plug it into your USB adapter cable and your tablet's USB port.
Open the flash drive in Windows Explorer.
Double click on the Setup application to begin the upgrade process to W10 32 bit.
If things don't work as they should on W10 after you install the available drivers, you have 10 days to go back to W8.1 as long as you don't delete any of the upgrade files or Windows.old folder.
