 Hello everyone, my computer is “HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0007ne” and i would like to know if i can upgrade two 16gb ram memory on this machine please.

Hi:

 

You cannot upgrade the memory in your notebook because it is 'Onboard,' meaning the memory is an integral part of the motherboard.

If you look at chapters 1 and 5 of the service manual, you will see that the memory is onboard and cannot be upgraded, nor is there a procedure to remove or replace memory in that model.
