Hello.

 

Trying upgrade my Elitebook 855 G8 to Windows 11 with Windows Update.

Right after press 'Download and Install' button arise window 'Software Licence Terms' with text 'Error encountered' and grayed out button 'Accept and Install'.

Does anybody know how to fix it?

This is a Windows Update error -- and we have no way of fixing those.

 

Were you offered the Win11 update through Windows Update?
