This laptop has been unused since December 2019, because I bought a desktop. I recently gave it to my daughter to use; however, when she tries to log in upon startup, it says the password is incorrect. I've changed the password it in my Microsoft account but it still doesn't work. As well, my email is the only option as far as the user so there's no chance of logging in otherwise.
Searched everywhere. At a loss.
