Urgent Laptop Help

Greetings, My name is Isiah. So a few months back, my laptop which is an HP Windows 10 Intel HP Graphics 4000. I accidentally deleted the partition and now my laptop isn't turning on AT ALL when I was being stupid and trying to get more storage for my laptop for more games. The situation of what happened..

Firstly, it started off in a blue screen and then all of a sudden it said BootMGR is missing. So I ended up searching the internet for answers and clues, some said I needed to purchase a Flashdrive USB. Yes I did buy one, only for it to NOT work. Another video stated that I tempered around with it, and I thought it would work, instead, it shows nothing but an HP logo screen, stays there and does nothing but beeping when clicking onto the keyboard.  Lastly, I tried everything and I never messed with a laptop bc originally I needed it for my high school classes. So eventually, I did had to pay for an entirely brand new laptop (A laggy chromebook). I never had the chance to go ahead and look over at the manufactuer site. So here I am typing this. I am 18 of age, any expenses on the computer, I just want it to work so that way I'll be able to get things working again, back up and running. It would be a true blessing if I received some help, I did look around for some local laptop repair shops, but I live upon a small town and there aint much. I thought I'd ask a Pawn shop that fixed laptops and no hope upon that. However, i did try connecting my OTHER mechanical keyboard from the USB from all 3 sides, and they mechanical keyboard doesnt work either. So yeah.. Anyone out there, please, I need your help ASAP.
