bought a used HP probook 450 g8, only to find out it has a BIOS password, i can access windows but still i want to get rid of it just in case, as i found out online that with modern laptops removing the RTC battery is useless so i didn't bother, i want to try the backdoors method but when i enter the wrong password 3 times, the hash code / checksum doesn't show for me even with trying the tips on dogber post.
So, any help with how to make the hash code appear is greatly appreciated.
