Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My case is very complicated. Pls, Help. I struggle for years
I just don't know why just using basic things like google and vlc and the frame rate just keep dropping random number and eventually flicking
And when it drop lower than 57Hz it start to flicking
But the funny thing is when i change back the refresh rate in the intel control panel it when back to normal for 30 minute
But when I play game or using graphic card thing it still work really well
I have all the information about my laptop in the picture

I had installed all different types of window 10 and install many many many driver versions but it still doesn't work
I installed from ltcs to ltsb window 10 home pro and then installed all kinds of drivers from hp to Nvidia's own and then cracked the standard driver (my DCH) of all kinds but no. It just keep flicking
I've also watched my service many times, but I can't find an error. What I think is the error of the two onboard cards is not working together. When I went to the intel control panel, turned off all the color enhancement image enhancement (or changed to application control) and then changed the physicx to cpu, the situation was less. But it still can't be over. Using every 30 minutes or more than an hour and it flickering again. Then I also researched the laptop Optimus but I couldn't fix it. So I just turned off the integrated Nvidia card and it stopped and by doing that I cannot play game

I don't know if this is a software or hardware error, can you give me some advice. I'm going to take it to HP to fix it, but I don't know how to say the error to them
Sorry for the bad english. Thank you for checking my case
