Yesterday I came home to find my Pavilion laptop hard drive clicking when turned on and there was no boot. I only have one other laptop which is a Dell 2 in 1 13in with a 1TB hard drive. I have switched out the hard drives, and updated the windows to windows 10. I'm on the computer now, but I can only get to programs by going to the task manager then selecting run new task and inputting the task as there is no start menu or taskbar. I know I need to get the correct drivers onto the laptop, but when I try to download them from chrome on the laptop, it is not showing them in the downloads folder or anywhere. How can I get the correct drivers to download?

Hi:
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
