Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab253cl (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)

i was trying to install Turbo Tax and keep getting an error message VCRUNTIME140.dill and MSVCP140.dill 

i followed the instructions to remove the  HP 3d DiveGuard. restarted my computer and tried installing 

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78033.exe

keep getting not found message. 

 

appreciate the help. I am not cumper expert.

The vcruntime140.dll file is a part of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019. Download and install both the x86 and x64 versions of the Visual C++ redistributable package:
