Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb1000 (7Y8M8AV)

I bought Victus 15 gaming laptop from HP World located at RP Mall, Kollam on 31st December night.I am a professional and in fact my laptop usage is normal.In fact, I bought it from there because the executive assured me that this laptop would work for everything.They also said that if there is any problem within 14 days they will replace the new laptop. But the very next day when I used the laptop I realized that it was not a good use for me because the heat was terrible even when I used YouTube.Just then I registered a complaint and the guy told me there is nothing to worry and I have sent it to the service center and they said that if they give me a report, I can get a new laptop sir.I went after listening to him. They said it would be fixed in three days but it was not fixed even after 20 days. Finally they returned the laptop and checked it at the he say service center and found nothing hot.Then I realized that HP cheated me and HP lost my money.I have sent several mails to several HP offices and nothing has been resolved. Finally I decided to fight back legally and I think I need to inform HP CEO about this before I send this mail as part of that.The CEO should be aware of your staff's misbehavior towards customers and loss of customer money.I will go legally only after knowing whether they will exchange my new laptop or notI am currently in an essential post in my company. I will carefully check all the contracts of HP with my regionBecause of my personal mistake. The company should not make such a mistake.I want to get my laptop replaced and compensation for wasting my valuable time... Do not try to call me back as soon as you see this mail so if you try call me only in Malayalam
