Hello @PQ1904
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Your problem is known as Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). BSOD is kind of Windows self-protection feature. If you received a blue screen error, or stop code, the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from data loss.
A hardware device, its driver, or related software might have caused this error. What you describe could happen because of incompatible with Windows driver (most often) or because of hardware issue (rarely).
- Based on the details, the issue is caused by the video card driver - ATI/AMD driver atikmpag.sys
Can you start your computer despite the error you encounter(ed) ?
What is your full HP product model and computer's product number (p/n) - here is how to find it >> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00033108
If it is Pavilion G4, it is an old one and may not be OK with the latest Windows 10 updates/upgrades
Try driver roll back for the video card adapter - in Device Manager. If it doesn't help, try to uninstall AMD's driver >> https://www.pcworld.com/article/246041/how_to_uninstall_drivers_in_windows.html
Let me know how it goes

- I can't start my computer normally. It still depends on the blue screen problem. And it will enter into recovery automatically.
- I can access the device manager using safemode

Hello,
Your PC model has been designed with Windows 7 in mind and works best with Windows 7. It also supports and runs well on Windows 8.
Windows 10 is not officially supported by the PC model. HP hasn't tested the model with Windows 10 and hasn't released any drivers for it. Therefore, any hardware compatibility cannot be guaranteed on Windows 10.
- If you can and if you know how, please boot into Safe Mode and uninstall this driver.
- Also, try to "turn back time" if System Restore is enabled for your PC.
Please, perform "System Restore" first in an attempt to fix the issue. Please, restore back to previous days (restore point) where the issue was not present. Here is more info:

I think I deleted it all when I installed windows10 already. However, can I boot back to windows8.1 via usb? Is it OK with my PC?
Based on the picture above, I can see at least one recovery point available. Did you cause this issue to yourself by using this 3rd party Driver Easy app and installing some sort of who knows what update ?
You can try to select the only recovery point before the update for Driver Easy was installed and attempt to restore to it
Windows 8.1 should be OK for your PC model - it is supported and official drivers exists.
