HP Notebook - 14-bp010tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had previously asked the question regarding my blue screen which shows this:

Stop code: VIDEO TDR FAILURE

What failed: atikmpag.sys

A solution was proposed by @IT_WinSec on the necessary steps as seen in the post discussion through this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/VIDEO-TDR-FAILURE-ATIKMPAG-SYS/...

I would like to clarify regarding the uninstallation of the display driver. I have two display driver - @oem1.inf,zxcv%ikblultgt2%;zxcvIntel(R) HD Graphics 620 and Radeon(TM) 530. Do I uninstall both display adapters and if not, which one do I uninstall? Thank you.

@nadiahh Before we troubleshoot, to answer your question, Yes you may want to remove both the adapters, if you did that and restarted the device, yet the issue persists, try the below steps:

Since you've already attempted to reinstall drivers and download the catalyst center multiple times,

I'll get straight to the point:

Go to C:windows/drivers/atikmpag.sys and just deleted the (.sys) file.

Once done, restart the computer and download the latest drivers for your computer: Click here.

You may also try this if you aren't satisfied with the results: click here

Run a hardware test on the graphics card using the diagnostics tool to ensure this isn't a hardware issue: Click here
