i get colored lines on my screen any time I'm trying to boot a windows 10 usb  installation media on my hp laptop.

Didn't this model come with Win10 already loaded? If so, why are you trying to reinstall Win10?

Virus affected my laptop thats why i want to run a new windows.but i tried running windows 8.1 and it installs but when i try running windows 10 on it, it gives me those lines.
