Laptop Hinge was broken so requested new part from HP. 

 

First they took 21 days to even schedule a technician visit and even when he arrived, he broke my laptop even further whilst repairing. 

 

The display and power was working all fine initially, but now the laptop is rendered useless. 

 

These guys have just so laid back attitude and I'm fed up with this poor HP experience. 

 

It was my office laptop and i have not been able to use it since that time. I'm forced to take leave from office because these people can't even fix a simple issue
