Product: HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0077wm
Hello guys,
I bought this laptop from a store in the US and I found out that the performance on games in very low, my old laptop with an older CPU and GPU was performing better.
I contacted Nvidia and they tested the GPU and it was working perfect.
I contacted intel as well and they tested the CPU and it was perfect.
But when I benchmarked the CPU the score was low especially in the multi-core score.
Intel support agent told me that maybe HP disabled Intel Turbo Boost Technology.
I hope you can help me to fix this problem and make my laptop work good again.
My laptop specifications :
I7-7850H
Intel UHD 630
Nvidia GTX 1060 Max-Q 3GB
16GB ram (2x8GB)
