Good morning everyone, this is my first time writing here.
I have a problem with my HP OMEN 15 en-1010ns laptop related to the operating system: logging into many apps, including the operating system itself, is very slow. This problem occurs in particular both when I turn on my PC (also if I get the password wrong, the computer freezes for much longer, the loading icon runs for a few minutes), and when waking up from stand-by (the screen sometimes stays black). As for applications, this issue occurs especially with apps downloaded from the Microsoft Store (such as Whatsapp, Xbox app or even the Microsoft Store itself), but also Omen apps like Gaming Hub and Omen Audio Control (today it doesn't even start, saying it's unable to connect to RPC service), and even Microsoft Teams and Onedrive, making it impossible to use the laptop for university purposes.
This also compromises some functions of the operating system, such as Windows Security (it takes a long time to load, but then it works). Maybe it's something related to the TPM or incompatibility issues with HP software/bios, because otherwise the PC is very fast, other applications open quickly, even regarding login (Autodesk software, but also software for playing games like Steam, Epic Games Launcher, etc...)
I have already tried several times to format the PC, performing Clean Boot and also running sfc /scannow coomand but without solving anything. The thing that annoys me so much is that until not long ago (like 6 months or so) I had absolutely no problems.
I hope for your help because the laptop has thus become almost unusable.

After months of troubleshooting, I found that setting the TPM to "Hidden" in BIOS seems to fix the problem.
Unfortunately, this is a workaround, not a real fix.
BTW, this is an issue that has been happening since 2022 and hasn't been fixed for over 2 years
Thanks for the help..
