Hi, I’m having trouble with the built-in camera on my HP Victus 15. It was working a few months ago, but now it’s completely missing in Windows. Here’s what I’ve tried and observed:

  • System Board Test: Camera passed in the f2 diagnostics page

  • BIOS/UEFI: No camera option appears (but system board test passes).

  • Device Manager: Camera does not appear at all, even with the show hidden devices turned on

  • Windows Privacy Settings: Camera access is enabled.
