Hello HP Community,
I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing a critical issue with my HP Victus 16. My laptop has suddenly powered off and now it won’t turn on or charge at all. The specific model I’m using is equipped with an RTX 2050 and a Ryzen 5 7535HS processor.
I suspect this might be a motherboard issue, but I’m not certain. I’ve tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as checking the power adapter, ensuring the power button is functional, and holding down the power button to drain any residual power, but nothing has worked so far.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with this model? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I’m really hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible

Hi @AK292,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are having issues with no power.
Yes, this looks like a hardware issue.
Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.

Hi @AK292,
Go to Contact HP Customer Support to schedule a product repair or replacement. If you are in Asia Pacific, you will be directed to a local service center in your area.
To confirm your warranty status, go to HP Product Warranty Check. Repair fees might apply for out-of-warranty products.
Or you may also find the nearest service center by clicking the link below.
