Hello,
I have a problem of opening Examsoft app on my laptop as it detected my laptop as a Virtual Machine. Examsoft IT has disabled virtual machine option on my laptop and the problem is still there.
Examsoft IT told me it because my product number/series number/ SKU/ model is not showing up on the system information/ HP Support Assistance therefore examsoft thinks it's a virtual machine. Is there a way to fix this problem? I have tried to register my laptop but it's still not showing up in my system information.

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.
For help with this issue, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
