HP Notebook -15-ba079dx (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My volume (f6, f7, & f8) and brightness (f2 & f3)  keys aren't working so I must go adjust them using the control panel. How do I fix this? Please leave steps below.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer is to make sure you have installed the System Event Utility software from your notebook's support page.

This package contains the HP System Event Utility, which enables special function keys on supported notebook models to be programmed. For example, HP System Event Utility enables users to press the Fn+ESC keys to view system information. This software works with the supported operating systems.
