I have purchased HP VICTUS 15 GAMING LAPTOP on 11th November,2024 from reliance digital store. While buying I noticed it was showing warranty three months earlier (August). On asking about this issue store manager & service engineer assured me that it will updated according to purchase date. But still no update. But here no positive response about this issue from reliance store person.
Then I tried to claim "warranty dispute" but while submitting complain with proof, website went infinite loop(I mean buffering). No, it is not about internet speed. I have checked speed & all are okay. I have already tried to submit complain multiple times withing 3-4 days but I can't.

Please contact HP in your country DIRECTLY (using Whatsapp) they will fix that for you.
