Product: HP 14 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two PC's & 1 laptop (HP14) running Windows 10 and one laptop (also an HP 14) with Windows 8.1

 

On the laptop with Windows 8.1 a USB connected WD Passport works perfectly in all respects.  On all the Window 10 machines it's existence isn't even acknowledged (this week, but was working on all three last month).

 

Other devices can use the USB ports on WIndows 11 without issue - it's only the Passport that's affected.

This problem looks slightly different to similar problems described in other threads in that my issue only affects one device.

It looks like it could be a device driver issue, can anybody help me with which one please?

sorry just noticed a typo - Windows 11 is wrong - should be Windows 10 in the above
